JobDescription:

  • • Responsible for effective and on time recruitment
  • • Work closely with assigned business to deliver staffing needs
  • • Use proper Medias for approaching the right calibre candidates, out of box thinking preferred
  • • End to end recruitment process including offer rollout and post offer roll out processs
  • • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interview for junior & mid level post & supports all parties in concern with assessment
  • • Coordinate with universities/institutes/vendors, in relation to targeted hires
  • • Support business with weekly update on recruitment process
  • • Update and deliver metrics as appropriate
  • • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future
  • • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels (vendors…)
