JobDescription:
- Responsible for effective and on time recruitment
- Work closely with assigned business to deliver staffing needs
- Use proper Medias for approaching the right calibre candidates, out of box thinking preferred
- End to end recruitment process including offer rollout and post offer roll out processs
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interview for junior & mid level post & supports all parties in concern with assessment
- Coordinate with universities/institutes/vendors, in relation to targeted hires
- Support business with weekly update on recruitment process
- Update and deliver metrics as appropriate
- Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future
- Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels (vendors
