Job Description : As a Test Engineer, you must

  • • Setting up and growing testing COE in offshore location.
  • • Define/refine the vision for testing practice (COE and CC)
  • • Define/refine the “framework” (Concepts, Methodology, standards and best practices, Tools, frameworks, Organisation, Roles and responsibilities)
  • • Make high level long term plan for growth/evolution of testing practice (roadmap etc.)
  • • Inspire the target groups - Share the vision, added value and the way of working of the CoE
  • • Evaluate and optimise framework, plans etc. by setting SMART goals and measuring the results against the set objectives.
  • • Inform/communicate to target groups about relevant information regarding testing practices
  • • Training and coaching of people.
  • • Follow up market evolutions and make necessary changes beneficial for our organisation
  • • Report on quality, and evolution in kpi’s.
  • • Evaluate and approve/disapprove deviations of standards.

  • • Can review and provide guidance to others in complex/big assignments involving multiple environments.
  • • Can think out of the box to bring fundamental change/improve service (big impact changes)
  • • Can contribute to or have ownership of developing new processes or improving existing processes - with impact on many teams
  • • Can analyse cockpit figures and identify fundamental improvement actions within the team
